Rethinking
After some time of thinking, I have decided to split it into three parts after all. This does not mean they will be split into separate episodes, as it will still be a single film. This way, we'll be able to get this out faster and if it does well, give us more motivation to do the rest faster. If I work hard, I think we can get the first part out before the end of the year... but that is wishful thinking. But a goal nonetheless.
I think the title will be a problem with the separate parts, though. Only The Strong Survive II: Delusion - Chapter 1. Too long?
I have paused writing the script to rethink the characters. I realized that they weren't deep enough, but I have come up with some pretty good stuff over the last few days. I think the script will overall benefit from this.

Well I like your decision all across the board :D. Maybe you should get rid of the "II" in the title. Or maybe just make it "OTSS2:Delusion- Chapter (or part) 1.

That title does seem a bit long.
How are you righting the script?
Are you writing out detailed descriptions of each character before committing to script?
I had a short description of the characters before I started writing. I realized that it wasn't enough, so basically back to the drawing boards for the characters.
I'm now writing a very, very detailed analysis of each character before continuing the script. This is already making it a lot easier to think up plot advancements. I knew what the plot would be, but the lack of character depth made it hard for them to make that plot happen.
